Position Overview:
The Senior Account Executive will be instrumental in driving GoNoodle’s growth by securing strategic partnerships that expand our influence in the Entertainment, Toys, CPG, QSR/Fast Casual Dining, Retail/Apparel or Travel sectors. We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic sales professional who thrives on forging new relationships and generating new business by developing and selling strategic advertising and marketing partnerships. This role focuses on hunting, building and nurturing relationships, executing a proactive sales strategy and winning strategic deals with brands and their advertising agencies to achieve ambitious growth targets. GoNoodle is a fully remote company, with a preference for candidates in the NYC metro area to support in-person meetings and client entertainment. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of driving new business and developing strategic advertising and marketing partnerships with brands that want to engage kids & families.
Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development: Leverage market insights and trends to identify and capture high-value business opportunities. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Client Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals. Develop tailored proposals and presentations to address client needs and showcase GoNoodle’s value proposition. Adopt a consultative selling approach to deeply understand client needs and present tailored solutions that demonstrate GoNoodle's unique value proposition and how they can help our partners win.

Relationship Management: Build and cultivate long-term relationships with senior decision-makers, ensuring GoNoodle becomes and remains a trusted partner. Understand client needs, provide exceptional service, and ensure long-term satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.

Collaboration: Work closely with the customer success team to align sales strategies with company goals and deliver a cohesive client experience.

Performance Tracking: Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and exceed performance metrics. Achieve sales targets and KPIs. Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to share with senior management on a weekly basis.
Qualifications:

At least 5-8 years of experience in strategic sales or business development with preference for sales experience, ideally in Entertainment, Toys, CPG, QSR/Fast Casual Dining, Retail/Apparel or Travel sectors, with a proven track record in Fortune 1000 client acquisition. Preference may be given to a candidate with extensive current contacts in the target verticals so please share this information in your cover letter.

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong history of acquiring and managing new business accounts.

Strong proficiency in using CRM software, data analytics, and modern sales tools to optimize performance and pipeline management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
