Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Demand Generation and Brand Awareness to spearhead our inbound lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), driving brand awareness with targeted customers, and content marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving both B2B and B2C growth strategies, focusing on expanding our reach to schools, educators, parents, and children. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans encompass inbound lead generation, ABM, and content marketing to drive engagement and conversions across B2B and B2C segments.

Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce compelling content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars tailored to our target audiences.

Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Plan and implement campaigns across various channels such as email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising to maximize reach and lead generation.

Lead Nurturing and Funnel Optimization: Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel, optimizing conversion rates at each stage.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports with actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and improve ROI.

Collaboration Cross-Functionally: Work closely with sales, brand studio, marketing, finance, and

product development teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives and product offerings.

 

Budget Management: Oversee the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.

 

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role, focusing on both B2B and B2C markets. Experience in the education or edtech industry is advantageous.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, 6sense, Demandbase), CRM systems (e.g., Pipdrive), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content management systems.

Analytical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.

Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
