In Motion O.C. is a beautiful 10,000+ square foot State of the Art facility in the heart of Irvine providing Physical Therapy, Fitness and Massage Therapy. Our Mission: To give hope, healing, confidence, and joy to others. We are the nation's #1 ranked Physical Therapy company on both Yelp and Google Reviews and currently have 3 clinics and are expanding, so we are looking for someone to be part of our team.

Position Summary:

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for addressing any patient needs to make certain they have a positive and informative experience at our clinic starting from the intake process and even beyond completion of treatment. You are the patient advocate to ensure their success daily, handle/resolve any patient issues or complaints in a timely manner. Working on building a Customer Service Specialist /patient positive relationship so they always have someone to turn to if they do have any feedback or concerns.

This is done by attentively listening, being kind, empathetic, and doing everything in one’s power to serve each patient efficiently and accurately. Must be able to work the hours/days of Monday through Friday 10am – 7pm.

Daily Duties:

  • Heavy inbound/outbound calls
  • Warmly answering phones
  • Being a good listener and helping phone prospects to schedule their first appointment.
  • Obtain client’s information, at the same time building rapport
  • Help existing patients when they call in.
  • Foster a strong, professional, and positive communication with all peers and customers
  • Discussing insurance benefits with new patients as needed
  • Sometimes going over financial obligations in person with new patients
  • Willing to have fun and engage in a high energy and collaborative work environment

Qualifications:

We are specifically looking for someone with ALL of the following characteristics:

  • Sympathetic and Empathetic Attitude, Energy and Personality. Outgoing and a Cheerleader for our patients/clients
  • Natural ability and desire to give outstanding customer service
  • Customer Service with a minimum of 3 years
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a call center
  • Strong communication skills
  • Possess an assertive work ethic and is comfortable overcoming objections aimed to increase conversions
  • Humble and empathetic
  • Strong work ethic
  • Reliable
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in order of need
  • Communicate the assessment of morale and job satisfaction of your direct reports
  • Computer and English Fluency
  • Multi-tasking
  • Physical Therapy experience highly preferred

Not required, but we prefer someone who has worked in dental, chiro or physical therapy. In lieu of experience if you have the drive, team spirit personality, desire to learn and make a difference in the lives of others, we will be happy to consider these qualities.
