Position Summary:

Energetic Front Desk Receptionist who can provide efficient, organized and excellent customer service for all incoming and outgoing clients. This person specializes at creating a friendly and receptive environment and also has a passion for delivering excellent administrative support.

 

Daily Duties:

  • Ensuring an excellent customer experience for our clients
  • Warmly greet patients incoming and outgoing. Patients are always first!
  • Check-in new patients, ensuring all documents are signed and collected for a smooth transition to the Physical Therapist
  • Schedule and rescheduling all follow up appointments based on our scheduling rules
  • Collect patient copays
  • Using Electronic Medical Records software

 

Qualifications:

We are specifically looking for someone with ALL of the following characteristics:

  • Sympathetic and Empathetic Attitude, Energy and Personality. Outgoing. A warm greeter, and a cheerleader for our patients/clients!
  • Strong work ethic
  • Reliable
  • Computer and English Fluency
  • Multi-tasking
  • Natural ability and desire to give "Nordstrom level" Customer Service.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in customer service.
  • If you have ALL of those characteristics, we want to hear from you!
  • Not required, but we prefer someone who has worked in dental, chiro or physical therapy. In lieu of experience if you have the drive, team spirit personality, desire to learn and make a difference in the lives of others, we will be happy to consider these qualities.
