Position: Lead Physical Therapy Aide

Availability Required: 40 hours per week (position comes with full time benefits)

Schedule: Monday through Friday 

Work location: in person

Main qualifications required:

• At least 1 year experience as a PT Aide
• Must be planning on staying for at least 3 years (this is a position you can grow in) 
• Extraverted and positive personality
• Love helping people
• Clear willingness to manage aides
• Strong organization skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Hire, Train and Manage the Aide team 
• Jump in as an aide whenever needed.  Look for the need, and fill it.
• Greet new patients as they walk in and help them check in. 
• Work with Clinic Director to ensure smooth clinic operations
