Dear NATA CS Team,

There are two quotes I'd like to share. The first is, "Be the change you wish to see in the world", and the second is, "Change is not an event, it's a process". 

NATA CS was founded on these philosophies and we also know that, for better or worse, change is inevitable. As a NATA CS employee, you have the power to help us change for the better.

 

What does this mean?

In a nutshell, NATA CS is forming a small committee of 3 individuals to enhance the current culture and further build on the vision of the company. This committee will be responsible for creating, coordinating and executing on a number of items such as:

  1. Work anniversaries
  2. Work-related accomplishments and achievements
  3. Holiday celebrations
  4. Community initiatives
  5. Birthday celebrations
  6. Company-wide picnics, BBQs, and other social/team-building gatherings

 

Our company mission is to support the aviation community. But, it's also important to lift each other up and recognize one another constantly and consistently. This application is an invitation for all team members to apply for the voluntary Company Culture Committee* to help shape, define, coordinate and implement what this will become. (*Don't worry future committee members, you also have the power to change your call sign to something with a bit more pizzazz).

 

General Details:

Oversight of the committee will be the VP of Operations. Committee members will develop proposals for review, approval and execution. Participation is voluntary and an addition to your core responsibilities during normal working hours. Some necessary skills required are: highly organized, event coordination, budgeting, ability to work with others.
