Position Description
Intellias is searching for an ambitious, career-minded individual to join our growing sales team. This role will be responsible for generating and developing qualified ERP consulting services and software sales opportunities nationwide through inside sales efforts, marketing campaigns, and event travel.

Competitive base salary + commission. This career position requires an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who doesn’t require extensive oversight in daily go-to-market efforts.

• Selling consulting services and software solutions into Top 1000 national organizations (across multiple industries – Healthcare, Retail, Financial Services, Government)
• Lead Generation & Business Development (outbound/inbound phone sales, emailing, marketing campaigns, light travel to events)
• Calling into Executive (C/VP/Director), Manager, and Influencer levels
• Guide prospects through a complex problem-solving process, matching their needs with the right services.
• Building and Maintaining positive relationships with prospective clients and existing customer base
• Collaborating with regional Directors of Business Development (“BDD”) - developing/tracking leads, summarizing daily/weekly efforts in region, reporting on calling/marketing campaigns, scheduling conference calls, and/or WEBEX demonstrations
• Identifying strategic business opportunities
• Contribute to a team-oriented, start-up environment

 Experience in direct selling inside sales role (ERP-based selling preferred)
 Degreed from accredited university is preferred
 Light travel (approx. 10% - national)
 Consultative selling process and in-depth job training will be provided
