The Case Management Admin Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming calls from individuals seeking assistance with various issues, as well as supporting and coordinating various administrative tasks within the organization. Responsibilities:

- Respond to incoming calls and voicemail promptly and professionally.
- Conduct intake by gathering relevant information from callers to understand their needs.
Assess and Evaluate:

- Identify urgent cases and prioritize them accordingly.
Provide Information and Referrals:
