The Role

The US Demand Generation Director is responsible for managing all aspects of lead and demand generation activities across key channels (social, SEM/SEO, email, webinars) for our North American team, working in tandem with our sales development team in the lead-handoff and operations process, and overseeing the planning and execution of integrated multichannel marketing programs.

You will drive the implementation and testing of demand-gen marketing programs, lead-nurturing programs, US trade shows and live events, lead scoring, prospect/customer segmentation, and SEM/SEO campaigns.

Additionally, this role will work in close coordination with Marketing Operations for conversion optimization, website updates, marketing automation management, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketing automation, paid advertising & Google Adwords, sales automation, and campaign planning.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage & optimize US marketing spend across paid acquisition channels (SEO/SEM, social, retargeting, native content)
  • Own our monthly US lead acquisition targets
  • Drive qualified leads for our sales development team
  • Develop and optimize nurture programs to keep leads engaged, while implementing lead scoring to coordinate the prioritization of leads of our sales development tea.
  • Work closely with content marketing to promote content across paid and organic mediums
  • Work with Marketing Operations, Content, and our EMEA team to help improve worldwide efficiency through our marketing stack and operations.

Qualifications

  • Min 3-5 years experience in B2B marketing and demand generation experience
  • Strong understanding of technical aspects of demand generation, lead scoring, nurturing, campaign management, email marketing, and data quality
  • Demonstrated track record of customer acquisition across multiple channels
  • Experience with marketing automation (any system)
  • Experience with Google Adwords and other SEM platforms
  • Experience with sales development systems (e.g. Outreach, Salesloft, Yesware) preferred
  • Strongly analytical and experience with data cleansing and manipulationExperience with enterprise reporting of marketing/sales performance
  • Salesforce experience is a strong plus
  • The more MS Excel experience, the better!
