Aircall is a cloud-based phone software for Support and Sales teams.
Started by eFounders, we launched officially in June 2015 and we have now 2000 customers all over the world, which use Aircall every day to run their business (Cabify, Glovo, Seatgeek,Spotahome...).
Aircall brings to its customers a new approach for managing their business calls :
- Integrate your phone system with your CRM & helpdesks (Zendesk, Pipedrive,Intercom, Salesforce, Slack…) .
- Redirect calls across your team
- Make and receive calls on computer & mobile, tracking calls and monitoring activity
We're competing with traditional players (Orange, Vodafone...) and a few (mostly US) start-ups (TalkDesk, Switch, etc), but we have a unique vision of simplicity and collaboration applied to phone calls.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop Talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to make the team growth faster.
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions to join our key functions in Paris : Developer, DevOps, Product Manager, Sales, Support, Admin & Ops
- Accompany onboarding process of each candidate to ensure the fastest ramp-up possible
- Develop employee brand
- Assist in employee retention and development
REQUIREMENTS
- You have at least 4+ year of experience in hiring or HR support and are passionate about building high-performing teams for a software business
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
- Knowledge : HR skills (onboarding, employee follow-up, career plan..), lean startup
- A leader and strategic thinker
- You demonstrate a positive attitude, systematically find solutions, invest a lot of energy for the success of your projects with high deadlines and contribute to structuring our processes.
