Aircall has raised over $10 Million in 2016 and is growing exponentially. We believe data is key for to fuel our growth. This is why we are looking for an outstanding Data Analyst to join the small but growing data team (a head of data ex. strategy consultant and a full time) to help us make the best decisions in a fast-paced tech and business growth.
Responsabilities
- Define and build dashboard for the different teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success, etc.)
- Peform ad-hoc analysis to better understand product usage and help the product managers define the roadmap (e.g. is this feature used, by who and how?)
- Analyze business trends to identify new actionnable levers
- Optimize the data warehouse (mostly SQL scripts)
- Support the team in building clear, synthetic and precise analyses on product and business aspects
Requirements
- Master degree in a science/engineering school or business school with strong interest in technology
- Ideally a first experience in a similar working environment
- Strong business sense / ability to quickly identify opportunities for improvement and provide creative solutions
- Results driven person, not afraid of getting hands dirty when it is necessary to test new solutions, drive implementation with devs, etc.
- Superior analytical and quantitative skills (with knowledge of Excel and ideally SQL and/or Python/R)
Paris office language is French, but we will be happy to welcome analytical-minded people who only speak English
