• College degree
• 1-3 years finding your way in the working world
• A proven history of writing for professional audiences
• Degree in Journalism, Literature, Business, or Psychology is a plus
• Experience in B2B, Tech, and/or Startup environment is a plus

• Your writing is clear, confident, and compelling
• You can adapt your style and tone to suit the audience
• You know how to deliver good work on a deadline
• You understand the fundamentals of SEO and inbound marketing
• You (ideally) know your way around WordPress
