ACCOUNT MANAGER INTERN - PARIS

Aircall is a cloud-based call center software solution for Support and Sales teams. With its technology, Aircall brings its customers a new approach for managing their business calls and allows you to:

  • Get phone numbers instantly globally
  • Make and receive calls on computer & mobile, track calls and monitor activity
  • Integrate your phone system with your CRM & Helpdesks (Zendesk, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Hubspot, etc.)


Who we are:

Started by eFounders, Aircall was launched officially in June 2015. After a successful journey at 500 Startup's accelerator in San Francisco, the startup got funded at $11M by US & European Angels and VCs in 2016. Aircall now has 2,000 customers all over the world, using Aircall every day to run their business (Uber, Deliveroo, TravelBird, Stuart, etc.).


What you will do:

  • Monitor and qualify growth opportunities and threats, accompany and nurture a portfolio of clients
  • Insure timely response to Customer Success queries
  • Contribute to product development
  • Optimize and automate our processes
  • Bring in new ideas to delight our customers


Who you are:

  • Master’s degree student in a top-ranking European business school
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for consistently providing excellent customer experience
  • Comfortable managing several tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English, another language would be a plus
  • Passion for startups or dynamic environments (previous experience in a similar environment would be appreciated)

  • How to track, prevent and minimize churn & contraction
  • How to build long-term client relationships and maximize client expansion
  • How to coordinate with Sales, Product, Tech and Support teams
