Aircall is a cloud-based phone software for Support and Sales teams.

The strength and uniqueness of our product relies on its simplicity and flexibility. As we grow, one of our main challenges is to preserve our simplicity and self-service experience while adding more and more complex features. That's really hard, and that's why we need your help!

Aircall has raised over $10 Million in 2016 and is growing exponentially. Aircall now has 2,000 customers all over the world, using Aircall every day to run their business (Uber, Deliveroo, TravelBird, Stuart, etc.).



What you'll do:

- Manage the roadmap for your squad: prioritize a wide range of inputs to make sure your squad is working on the most impactful topics

- Deeply understand the problems that needs to be solved by talking to our users and looking into data.

- Drive your squad to imagine the best solution to these problems

- Scope and define the specifics of the solution

- Evaluate if the solutions have solved the problem through qualitative (beta, client feedback) and quantitative measures


What we're looking for:​

- 2+ years of experience in Product Management or similar roles
- Pro-active and autonomous
- Strong desire to understand your users
- You like to solve complex problems
- Enthusiasm, fun and smile. This might be the single most important point, even if it’s the last :-)
