Aircall has raised over $10 Million in 2016 and is growing exponentially. We believe data is key for to fuel our growth. This is why we are looking for an outstanding Data Analyst to join the small but growing data team (a head of data ex. strategy consultant and an intern) to help us make the best decisions in a fast-paced tech and business growth.


RESPONSABILITIES

You will work with two key teams at Aircall: the Product Management and the Operations (new team with VoIP Engineers in charge of ensuring that 99.99% of calls are perfect) and your main responsibilities will be to :


Product :

    • Better understand product usage to help product managers define the roadmap (e.g. is this feature used, by who and how?)
    • Partner with the Product and Tech teams to define KPIs for each upcoming feature and implement associated tracking tools such as dashboard, alerts or ad-hoc analysis (e.g. what KPIs to measure the success of a feature and how to track it?)


    Operations :

      • Improve our KPIs that measure the quality of our calls (e.g. which calls are not perfect and what is the rootcause)
      • Build monitoring tools to automatically detect issues (e.g. alerts, bots, dashboards) and define associated processes with the relevant teams (support, customer success, etc.)
      • Deep dive on identified call quality issues to quality them (frequency, patterns, rootcause) and define the action plans to solve them in collaboration with the Tech team / our partners
      • To ensure the success of these missions, the Data Analyst will be strongly involved in the Data Engineering (done by the other team members) and the project management of some initiatives (from ideas until implementation).

      REQUIREMENTS

      • Master degree in a science/engineering school or business school with strong interest in technology
      • 1 year of work experience in a similar working environment
      • Strong business sense / ability to quickly identify opportunities for improvement and provide creative solutions
      • Results driven person, not afraid of getting hands dirty when it is necessary to test new solutions, drive implementation with devs, etc.
      • Superior analytical and quantitative skills (with knowledge of Excel and ideally SQL and/or Python/R)
      • Paris office language is French, but we will be happy to welcome analytical-minded people who only speak English
