Your Focus
Provide both timely and best-in-class technical support through various communication channels (Email, Phone, Video).
Manage troubleshooting issues with Traxero’s web-based and mobile offerings.
Manage and create incident tickets and escalate issues to our development team for further research and resolution.
Be the voice of the customer. Advocate new features and ensure Traxero’s customers gain value with each interaction.
Required/Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of technical support experience
Some project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with HTML, CSS and Javascript
CRM Experience (Salesforce, Zoho, ZenDesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
Bilingual Spanish/English
