Your Focus

  • Provide both timely and best-in-class technical support through various communication channels (Email, Phone, Video).

  • Manage troubleshooting issues with Traxero’s web-based and mobile offerings.

  • Manage and create incident tickets and escalate issues to our development team for further research and resolution.

  • Be the voice of the customer. Advocate new features and ensure Traxero’s customers gain value with each interaction.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of technical support experience

  • Some project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS and Javascript

  • CRM Experience (Salesforce, Zoho, ZenDesk, Freshdesk, etc.)

  • Bilingual Spanish/English
