About The Role
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving buyer demand for Traxero’s Auction Simplified platform. They will oversee omnichannel acquisition marketing activities across digital and out-of-home, including paid search, SEO, email, print, radio, and TV. They will work closely with sales and customer success teams to drive long-term value for our salvage auction customers.
Core Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Vice President, Marketing for Traxero, your primarily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Create repeatable and scalable prospecting and remarketing to drive regional and national demand for our salvage auction customers
Partner and engage with the Account Management team to ensure the marketing playbooks drive auction results that align with customer objectives
Directly manage all marketing channels across digital, radio, TV, print, and out-of-home
Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
Budget, plan, and forecast marketing spend and revenue contribution for each marketing channel
Report on marketing performance, ROI and acquisition costs to senior leadership
Work with internal and external creative resources to produce high-performing marketing collateral across advertisements, emails, and website landing pages in an efficient way

Minimum Qualifications
Comprehensive knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and paid search marketing
Thorough knowledge of email marketing and social, video, and display advertising
General knowledge of print, radio, TV, and out-of-home advertising
Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, and Pardot
Strong analytical background and a deep familiarity with Excel and/or Google Sheets
Bachelor’s Degree
6+ years of performance marketing experience
Preferred Technical Skills & Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of local SEO strategy
Direct automotive industry experience
