In this role, you will be required to:

• Help clients add or remove coverage, pay their bills, and help them understand their limits
• The ability to show empathy to identify with and understand our clients' situation, feelings and motives.
• Help new and existing clients shop for Home, Auto, Renter's, Umbrella, and other personal lines policies.
• You must be willing to work in a dynamic environment as we are a growing company that is constantly evolving.
• Working within our agency management system, Applied Epic.
• It is important to have positive outlook and be able to remain professional in stressful situations.
• Show a sense of urgency and be able to prioritize your responsibilities.
• Must maintain a California Property & Casualty Insurance license.

On top of a salary/hourly compensation we also pay commission on all new business written with no earnings cap.
