Pulsenmore is an emerging leader in connected, patient-driven, home ultrasound. Our first product, the Pulsenmore ES, is a hand-held pregnancy monitoring solution that docks with a smart phone and makes it possible for every expectant mother to self-scan and receive remote clinical assessment by her healthcare provider. Our Business Development Manager, LATAM is responsible for driving the business in the region, owns the P&L and manages contracts and relationships with distributors and strategic accounts, focusing on senior leadership – business and clinical executives. You are a data-driven healthcare entrepreneur who is passionate about growing sustainable businesses and is excited about breaking barriers and launching new ventures.

Specifically, in this role you can expect to:

·       Lead strategy, business development, sales and marketing in the region

·       Be accountable for the operational P&L based on agreed growth plans, gaining market share, driving sales and order intake

·       Initiate and own the end-to-end relationship with distributors and strategic partners

·       Continuously analyze insights and proactively manage funnel progression, sales results, competition and trends for optimal operational planning and commercial decision-making

·       Direct the local regulatory approval process, including clinical studies where needed

·       Build a strong network and consistently nurture relationships with key stakeholders (government, payers, providers, etc.)

·       Develop clear customer segmentation, well-defined region objectives and actionable account-specific business plans

·       Manage direct and indirect multi-disciplinary teams and channels

·       Define and expand the capabilities of customer facing teams while delivering best-in-class customer experience

·       Work closely with Customer Success and Marketing teams to review customer end-to-end processes quality, evaluate effectiveness and prioritize opportunities for short- and long-term improvements

·       Provide customer insights and support Marketing in generating clinical, operational and economic evidence and proof points, in support of pre- and post-market introductions

To succeed in this role, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

·       Master’s degree in relevant field required; MBA preferred

·       10+ years in commercial leadership positions in healthcare, selling economic value/solutions

·       Strong business acumen and understanding of a full range of business principles

·       Deep understanding of the region’s healthcare ecosystem, including market trends, policy, compliance and regulatory processes, care pathways, traditional and emerging competitors

·       Comfortable with 50-70% travel

·       Proven ability to gather data, synthesize information, and create an insightful analysis that both educates and outlines a clear direction for action

·       Demonstrated team leadership and coaching skills

·       Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

·       Self-starter, entrepreneurial and data-driven

·       Experience working with multi-disciplinary and culturally-diverse teams
