Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst with a strong focus on intercompany transactions and entity consolidation to join our finance team. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data across multiple legal entities and business units. You will play a key part in managing budgets, forecasts, intercompany transactions, and supporting the consolidation of financial statements across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in managing complex intercompany relationships in a multi-entity environment.
What You’ll Do
Budgeting & Forecasting

Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Develop and maintain dynamic financial models for forecasting full financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow).

Collaborate with business units to gather input for building and updating forecasts and budgets.
Financial Modeling & Analysis

Lead the preparation of our monthly Operating Model Reporting Package for our investors, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.

Build and refine financial models that forecast revenue, expenses, and key financial metrics.

Develop scenario analysis to evaluate the potential financial impact of business decisions and changes in market conditions.

Perform sensitivity analysis to assess risk and impact of various financial assumptions.

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities from financial data, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.

Participate in special projects, such as M&A activities or organizational restructurings, with a focus on ensuring smooth intercompany and consolidation processes.
Intercompany Transactions Management:

Ensure timely and accurate recording of intercompany transactions between multiple entities, including billing, cost allocations, transfers, and settlements.

Maintain intercompany agreements, including pricing, cost-sharing models, and reconciliation of intercompany balances.

Monitor and enforce policies for intercompany transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and transfer pricing guidelines.

Resolve intercompany discrepancies and disputes by working with other members of the accounting and finance team.
Entity Consolidation:

Lead the consolidation of financial statements from various entities, ensuring consistency and accuracy in line with US GAAP or other applicable accounting standards.

Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, including intercompany eliminations and adjustments to ensure accurate consolidated financial results.

Prepare consolidated financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for internal and external reporting.

Provide variance analysis on consolidated financial results, identifying key drivers and communicating insights to senior leadership.
Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

5+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or related roles, with a focus on intercompany transactions and entity consolidation in a multi-entity environment.

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with financial consolidation processes.

Hands-on experience with accounting systems (such as NetSuite) and/or financial consolidation software.

Advanced skills in Excel and experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools.

Excellent understanding of transfer pricing and intercompany agreements.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
