The role of the Sales Manager (Northeast Region) is to provide overall sales leadership within the assigned region/territory while meeting or exceeding the targeted revenue expectations.  Must reside within the territory.  Work is primarily tactical or operational in nature, but may involve strategic issues.  The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Total Customer Experience, company policies and administrative reporting performance objectives are met within the assigned geographic territory.


Responsibilities

·        Exceed unit/revenue targets.  

·        Aggressively grow market share against competitors

·        Ensure executive relationships exist in your top accounts through effective engagement of you, your manager and senior Massivit leadership

·        Ensure you’re on track with regards to funnel accuracy and health.  Funnel should be 6x for opportunities forecasted to close within 6 months, 10x for opportunities to close within 12 months.   In addition, drive solid sales planning for key accounts.

·        Appropriately utilize and leverage all resources to drive your results

·        Execute on key initiatives as communicated to you by management

 

Education, Experience and Skills

·        Bachelor's (undergraduate) or Master's (MBA) degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or Engineering or technical; prefer 5+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

 

Experience in the following areas:

·        3D Printing capital equipment sales

·        Sales with customer visits

·        Technical assistance providing within selling process

·        A self-motivated, go-and-get approach and the will to win

·        Product demonstrations

·        Strategic sales account experience

·        Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills

·        Definition of specific sales plans

·        Working with external partners to deliver solution sales

·        Interface with all levels in customer organization

·        Average or better quota

·        Project management role

·        Strategic sales
