Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and templatize service solutions for clients working to implement industrialized construction, modularization, and work packaging efforts

• Support account executive and marketing team in prospecting and closing work

• Lead and/or participate in high-level strategic discovery sessions with clients

• Manage customer engagements

• Take a day-to-day leadership role on specific engagements, with size of engagement being set by your seniority and experience

• Manage teams/individuals on other engagements

• Track and QA/QC deliverables

Skills and Experience

• Able to understand and navigate dynamics of large/complex project or process-driven organizations and how to navigate them

• Effective and clear communicator, both verbal and written

• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and solving complex problems that don’t always have clear paths to a solution.
