We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will have a track record of full stack sales, specifically in working leads from identification to close. You will act as a liaison between prospects and other departments in our company to provide a world-class experience for the users of our technology platform and managed services during planning, integration, and post-deployment support. As a Sales Representative, you will be expected to bring a high level of organization and strategy to ensure the efficient closure of deals to secure new business. This is a remote, US-based role.


In your first 30 Days

You will gain an understanding of our technology platform and services, research and create account plans for your initial slate of assigned accounts (both existing relationships and unworked accounts), master your pitch and tool usage, and attend 5 shadow calls with other Sales Professionals or Customer Success Team (CST) members.


In your first Quarter

You will have established account plans with a clear understanding of the customer’s needs, determined the next steps and key outcomes for each account, and held calls with each pre-existing account as well as 15 identified prospects.


Day to Day

On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with the marketing team to qualify inbound intelligence, reach out to prospects, and work on existing relationships you have already built. Your typical day may vary, but during an average week you can expect to spend 10-15% of your time researching targets, 20-25% of your time reaching out to cold and warm prospects, and the remainder working your accounts.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Research leads from newsfeeds, events, lists, and other sources, to identify potential customers and reach out to them through various channels

  • Work with Marketing on inbound intelligence to pre-qualify prospects, then reach out to prospects. 

  • Organize prospect meetings to understand their pain points and document findings for product & CST. 

  • Close deals with prospective clients based on agreed quotas.

  • Ensure smooth client hand-off from deal closure to CST.

  • Develop new opportunities for growth within your existing accounts.

  • Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches.

  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

  • Prepare and present reports on KPIs.


Skills & Experience

  • A deep understanding of consultative or solutions focused sales 

  • Preferred: 3-5 years experience in a sales role for Technology or Software in the following segments required.

  • AEC & BIM/Proptech/Construction/Manufacturing/Energy

  • An ability to grasp client needs and to increase customer engagement

  • Expert level understanding of CRM tools - Preferably Hubspot

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Analytical and time-management skills

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Enthusiastic and passionate
