The Role:

As the Sales Exec, you will develop a strategy for business development and achieve sales targets, collaborate with production development teams and external stakeholders, and work closely with the Head of Sales to drive the business forward. You will report to the SVP of Sales and Marketing.

 

While this is a remote position, Atlanta based candidates are preferred. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities through various prospects including existing relationships with clients
  • Serve as the primary sales contact for potential customers, understanding their needs and leading the sales cycle from prospect, lead, deal and closing.
  • Lead sales process, knowledgable of products and solutions that can be aligned with solving customers pain points
  • Participate actively in networking, tradeshows and market events
  • Meet provided sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Manage your prospects and deals in ZOHO CRM Pipeline and activities
  • Support Sales team with new creative and innovative ideas to generate robust pipeline

 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing and/or equivalent related experience
  • 3-5 years working in sales, business development or account management
  • Experience with ZOHO CRM, Confluence document management, and Lead411 database.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understand the model for success in SaaS sales and have a track record of performance in building sales pipelines
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and presentation skills across all mediums
  • Goal oriented and competitive, able to balance short term and long-term goals
  • Ability to empathize and understand customers’ needs and pain points
