JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and analytical Sales Coordinator to join our growing team at Good Culture. This role is critical to the continued growth of our brand and serves as a key member for the sales team by organizing, managing, and communicating all sales support activities. The ideal candidate will have a sharp attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to analyze and resolve challenges effectively. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative Support: Maintain and organize sales-related administrative files and documentation
- Retailer & Distributor Portals: Lead the management of retailer and distributor portals, ensuring accurate and timely updates (ex. UNFI, KeHE, Publix)
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Pull data from customer and distributor portals to support sales activities. Build, organize, and maintain sales reports for the team. Develop the ability to analyze these reports over time, identifying trends and providing actionable insights
- New Retailer/Item Set-Up: Complete and submit new item paperwork in collaboration with brokers, finance, and the sales team
- Deduction Management: Work closely with the finance team and broker partners to investigate and resolve distributor and retailer deductions.
- Sample Coordination: Manage sample requests, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking
- Compliance Oversight: Partner with the operations team to ensure all compliance portals are up to date (ex. Repositrak, FoodLogQ)
- External Data Pools: Oversee all data pools and ensure all items/details are updated (ex. 1WorldSync, Brandbank, IX-One)
- Trade Show Support: Assist the sales team in preparing for distributor trade shows, including materials, samples, and logistics
- Consumer Relations Support: Respond to sales-related questions from the consumer relations team and escalate as needed
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between sales and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and task execution
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or direct selling in the CPG industry
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interpret and draw insights from data to support decision-making
- Advanced Excel Skills for data organization, reporting, and analysis, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with distributor & retailer portal management preferred
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude

- Willingness to learn and grow into more advanced sales responsibilities preferred
