What to expect on Day One

 

We currently have more Job Orders than we can handle on our own. We are looking for a high velocity recruiter that will be immediately responsible for sourcing, screening and closing candidates for our various clients. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Full Cycle recruiting - Technology

  • Business Development

  • Account Management

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Direct Hire Tech Recruiting at a recruiting agency or executive search firm

  • Proven track record of success in the recruiting industry with ideally $500k+ in lifetime billings

  • Excellent Communication Skills 

  • High sense of urgency

  • Desire to build and grind

This Position is Hybrid Remote in West Los Angeles.

 

Compensation

  • Base Salary with Draw Commission Model starting at 50%

  • Equity (Stock Options) 

  • Health/Dental/Vision Insurance
