OVERVIEW OF ROLE OR HOW THE ROLE MAKES AN IMPACT
|
Gale Pacific is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic National Sales Manager to lead our Home Center Sales Team. This role is responsible for delivering top and bottom-line revenue for Coolaroo and Gale branded products. The National Sales Manager will develop a comprehensive sales strategy for each Home Center account, leading a team of (1) Key Account Manager and (1) Sales Analyst and (1) Part Time Merchandiser to execute with omnichannel retailers. This role will oversee all costs associated with the department and budgeting for key retail events including; Store Manager Meeting, Foundation events and Trade Shows. The National Sales Manager will act as the key point of contact for our home center accounts, responsible for fostering strong cross functional relationships, knowledge and collaboration. |
