Buildstr is looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead account management and sales strategy for our rapidly growing team.

The ideal candidate would bring a deep knowledge in strategic sales within the cloud, application development, SRE, and data/ML/AI services spaces. 

In this role you will:

  • Lead client prospecting while fostering trusted partner relationships 
  • Initiate and coordinate all sales and presales efforts for potential clients 
  • Lead and build a team of BDRs 
  • Develop and engage in strategic partnerships with key technology vendors 

This role requires: 

  • 5+ years of sales and account management experience 
  • Experience selling complex technology services to SMB and Enterprise clients 
  • Experience leading and developing teams of BDRs/sales reps 
  • An Entreprenurial mind set and ability to help build a business from early stages
