We're on the hunt for a proven and experienced Project Coordinator to join our growing managed service provider family at Premier Networx! As a managed service provider, we provide proactive IT support to our SMB clients. The ideal candidate will have production experience, solid work-plan development, and progress-tracking skills. The project coordinator will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our goal of innovation is achieved.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget
  • Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results
  • Assign roles and tasks to team members based on their strengths and abilities
  • Complete projects within scope, schedule, and budget and while adhering to standards and best practices
  • Ensure that quality standards are met
  • Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with the timeline and deliverables requirement
  • Utilize and maintain a PSA that tracks overall progress and achievement of project milestones
  • Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output
  • Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels and escalate issues according to project work plan
  • Serve as a point of communication between company teams and external resources; update all relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in relevant field
  • Three or more years of experience in project coordination in the Information Technology or MSP fields preferred
  • Experience in ConnectWise Manage PSA or equivalent ticketing system
  • Experience in coordinating teams and clients
  • Proven success in a project coordinator capacity, working with all levels of management
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record is required
