Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Office Manager with a can-do attitude and broad experience who has served executive leadership, can effectively perform a variety of administrative and support tasks and can communicate effectively with professional and hourly employees alike.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

·        Prepare professional looking proposal documents and presentations.

·        Input data and prepare routine reports.

·        Follow up with directed individuals on the status of administrative tasks, on-going projects, information requests.

·        Manages all incoming phone inquiries during business hours.

·        Ensure customer phone calls and/or voicemails are redirected accordingly.

·        Welcome all visitors courteously, determines their needs, and communicates their arrival to the proper person.

·        Receive and log all incoming mail and packages delivered from U.S. Post Office and other courier services.

·        Lead projects as assigned by the Executive Team.

·        Assist other departments as needed.  

·        Ensure conference room setup and readiness, including whiteboard supplies and overall cleanliness.

·        Manage and order office supplies.

·        Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments for the executive team.

·        Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Team.

 

Qualifications:

·        Associates degree in related field preferred and/or 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·        Proficient user of MS Office – Outlook, Powerpoint, Word and Excel.

·        Possession of strong organizational skills.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

·        Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments. 

·        Must have a positive attitude and high energy level.

·        Highest level of integrity and strong accountability required.

·        Must be able to work well in teams.

·        Excellent time management and attention to detail.
