Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis. This role plays a critical part in providing strategic insights and ensuring financial discipline across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes

  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports and budget vs. actual analysis to leadership

  • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making

  • Partner with department leaders to track performance and identify efficiency opportunities

  • Oversee cash flow forecasting and monitor working capital

  • Support board and investor reporting with clear, data-driven insights

  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures

  • Continuously improve financial systems, tools, and processes

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA a plus

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in finance

  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills

  • Proficient in Excel and other systems (NetSuite, Hubspot)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Experience in a high-growth or SaaS company is a plus
