Job Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of securing six- and seven-figure partnerships across CTV and premium video, specializing in the Dining and QSR advertising sector. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience at a top network, platform, or publisher; has strong agency and client relationships; and can point to recent wins in entertainment or music video sales across YouTube and CTV.

You’re known for precision forecasting, maintaining a disciplined pipeline, and consistently exceeding revenue goals. You understand how to translate audience insights into value and build creative, data-backed solutions that deliver measurable results for brand partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through premium video and CTV sales, securing six- and seven-figure deals.

  • Maintain and expand deep agency and client relationships, leveraging existing networks to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.

  • Build and close integrated CTV and YouTube packages, including sponsorships, tentpoles, and performance-backed programs.

  • Structure complex deals across programmatic guaranteed, data-targeted CTV, first-party audience overlays, and brand studies.

  • Translate UPROXX audience and performance data into clear, compelling value propositions using Comscore, Nielsen, and platform analytics.

  • Host in-person, online, and phone presentations, as well as regular client entertainment.

  • Manage an accurate and predictable pipeline; forecast quarterly and annual performance with discipline and transparency.

  • Translate UPROXX audience and performance data into clear value. Use Comscore, Nielsen, and platform analytics to justify price, reach, frequency, and lift.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling CTV and premium video, with a strong track record of closing high-value deals.

  • Agency and client relationships.

  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

  • Experience selling Social/Branded Sponsorship content is desired but not required.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, prospecting, sales marketing tools, and analytics platforms.

 

Base Salary Range: $140,000 – $170,000 (commensurate with experience and location)
