Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Brand Partnership Manager to lead our growth within the Spirits category. This role is built for someone who knows the liquor industry inside and out—whether you've worked with brands, distributors, or experiential agencies—and is ready to bring that expertise into a fast-paced, creative media environment.

This isn’t your typical sales role. You’ll help spirits brands tap into the power of music culture through custom programs that span premium video, creator collaborations, and live cultural moments. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team of creatives, producers, and strategists—and trained to navigate media and agency channels if that’s new to you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with key spirits brands and distributors

  • Develop and close high-impact revenue opportunities with key clients across UPROXX platforms, including YouTube, CTV, social, and live experiences.

  • Create custom proposals and brand narratives tailored to client goals

  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, marketing) and external partners (clients and agencies) to bring campaigns to life from concept through execution

  • Help shape UPROXX’s go-to-market approach for the spirits vertical

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in the spirits industry—whether brand-side, distributor, or experiential/agency

  • A strong, active network within the liquor and beverage space

  • Deep understanding of brand building, positioning, and cultural storytelling

  • Experience collaborating with creative, content, or media teams

  • Confident presenting proposals, decks, and campaign ideas to clients and agencies professionally and persuasively

  • Passion for music, culture, and helping brands make an authentic impact
