ABOUT TPG
The Pipeline Group (TPG) helps B2B technology companies build and grow their sales pipelines through our SDR-as-a-Service model. We combine talented sales professionals, proprietary technology, industry-leading training, data services, and hands-on program support to help our clients connect with the right prospects and create meaningful sales opportunities.
TPG has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing privately held companies in the U.S. for six consecutive years.
For our Sales Development Representatives, working at TPG is a little different from joining an internal sales team at one company. You'll have the opportunity to work across different B2B technology companies, industries, sales strategies, and go-to-market motions, giving you the chance to build a broader sales skill set while working fully remote.
We're a fast-moving team where you'll have clear performance goals, regular feedback, and opportunities to keep developing your skills. Because our business supports different client programs, priorities and needs can change. The people who tend to thrive here are curious, adaptable, and proactive. They ask good questions, take ownership, use good judgment, and know how to keep moving when something changes.
If you're motivated by results, enjoy learning new things, and want exposure to different sides of B2B technology sales, TPG gives you the opportunity to build that experience.
THE OPPORTUNITY
If you're motivated by goals, enjoy connecting with people, and want to build real experience in B2B technology sales, our Sales Development Representative (SDR) role gives you the opportunity to do exactly that.
As an SDR at TPG, you'll work directly on sales programs for B2B technology companies, helping identify the right prospects, start meaningful conversations, and create qualified sales opportunities.
Along the way, you'll build hands-on experience in outbound sales, business development, cold calling, account research, prospecting, messaging, objection handling, and pipeline generation while learning how different technology companies take their products to market.
You'll begin with TPG's Certification Program before moving into client work, and you'll continue learning as you gain exposure to different industries, buyers, messaging strategies, and sales motions.
This is a high-activity, performance-focused sales role, so your activity and results will be measured. If you're someone who gets genuine satisfaction from hitting a goal, seeing your numbers move, and getting better at your craft, there's a lot of opportunity to build here.
Because our SDRs support client programs, you'll also need to be comfortable learning quickly and adapting your approach as client needs, messaging, and priorities evolve. We value people who can think beyond the task in front of them, communicate thoughtfully, and use good judgment when something isn't going according to plan.
This is a fully remote U.S.-based position with a competitive base salary plus commission, and you'll work within your local time zone.
You don't need to come from one exact background to build a successful sales career at TPG. If you have the core skills we're looking for and the drive to learn, perform, and keep improving, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll begin with TPG's Certification Program to learn our approach, tools, and expectations before moving into client work.
Once certified, you'll:

Connect with prospective customers through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach

-

This is an outbound sales and business development role, so you should be comfortable spending a meaningful part of your day prospecting, cold calling, and speaking with potential customers.
