About Us & Our Role
The Pipeline Group combines data services, systems expertise, technology, and managed services, to deliver explosive business results for companies looking to build consistent and predictable sales pipeline more efficiently.
We specialize in taking new companies and products to market and optimizing GTM and pipeline development processes by removing bottlenecks and constraints in the sales development process.
For our Salesforce Admin role, you will serve as our first line of technical support in our growing Systems team. The two primary applications you will support are Salesforce and our automated dialing technology (ADT). Occasionally you may serve as general IT support as well. In addition, you will help document common issues and resolutions to build out our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities:
Following and owning a systems project plan. Identifying issues in customer's systems during the implementation discovery.
Extremely comfortable with creating and modifying Salesforce reports
Implementing standardized Salesforce package.
Completing the delivery on time.
Triage inbound support requests through a Salesforce case queue, responding and/or escalating where appropriate
After an appropriate training period, resolve common requests without assistance, such as password resets, permissions issues, and loading of new data
Identify high priority complex requests and escalate quickly to drive fast resolution
Communicate with customers via email to deliver prompt updates with a professional tone
Investigation and debugging of errors or data anomalies.
Document detailed business workflows and requirements for process change.
Qualifications:
Great with documentation. Following it, creating it and refining it.
12+ months experience minimum using Salesforce as an end user and admin in a professional environment.
Background of SFDC ecosystem and sales acceleration tools is a MUST.
Project management experience a plus
Experience using Excel, i.e. formulas (vlookup, concat, unique, if, etc.), pivot tables, text to columns, etc.
Technical. You have experience learning new tech platforms, how to quickly diagnose and resolve issues, and how to solve root causes moving forward. The thought of researching a solution to a never-before-seen apex error code sounds exciting (not stress-inducing).
Resourceful. You know when to Google your way through a problem and when to raise a hand for help.
Coachable. A positive attitude – you’re a team player, listen and apply instructions, and you’re resilient in the face of challenges.
Self-starter. When you see an opportunity, you jump on it.
Quality oriented and able to see tasks through to full completion, not just marking the box done.
