ABOUT OUR ROLE

The individual we are looking for is proactive, analytical, highly efficient and will take ownership in supporting our xDR (Sales) Ops Team.The ideal candidate will have impeccable communication skills to clearly articulate to clients and manage expectations while tracking next steps for each assigned account, report on campaign effectiveness, and ensure our customers meet their desired goals.

 

Main focuses and responsibilities;

 

  • Oversee Meeting Minutes & Next Steps/Case Management - Taking notes on project updates and supporting our Launchpad Managers to drive the next steps to deliverables.

  • Data Services & Data Delivery - Act as the liaison between Data Services, Launchpad Leadership, and xDR(s) and ensuring the data delivered is getting to the right place (i.e. SFDC report) and is callable in LaunchQ (i.e., data import audits - data values, fuel lines)

  • Monitor the waterfall metrics (conversion %s) and identify issues using internal checklists related to the department.

  • Email Correspondence - Monitoring and responding to customer emails in a timely manner and facilitating next steps with the appropriate parties.

  • Document control - Next Steps & Action Items & Predictable Pipeline Reporting

  • Prepare presentations for Executive Briefings & provide Project Overview Timelines.

  • Responsible for Project/Account kick-off management (managing next steps)

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

 

  • 2+ years of Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Go-to-Market Operations experience needed. 

  • Salesforce.com Experience is required and will be tested for during the interview process. Position will require you to pull SF reports, do data uploads, evaluate lead lists, etc. 

  • Great Microsoft Powerpoint and presentations skills.

  • Excellent communication skills. You are professional, clear, concise, and have been known to be a compelling story-teller both verbally and in writing. 

  • Detail-oriented and analytical. Must be data-driven & able to interpret data.

  • Self-starter with a penchant for experimentation. You’re always looking for ways to do your job better and you never wait to be told what to do. When you see an opportunity, you jump on it.

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
