We specialize in taking new companies and products to market and optimizing GTM and pipeline development processes by removing bottlenecks and constraints in the sales development process.
We are hiring an ambitious Marketing Automation Specialist to the team. Our Marketing Systems team acts as professional experts who support our clients and their Go-to-Market efforts.
In this role, you will work closely with our internal systems team and client's Marketing. Responsible for supporting full system integration, email marketing, and marketing automation efforts, you will own these items!

RESPONSIBILITIES
Works on several client projects at a time, can constantly shift gears, solve problems, synthesize ideas, and listen to changing needs
Partner with Head of Marketing Systems to act as a technical resource who understands overall best practice solutions for marketing automation solutions
Solid understanding of email creation, list management, and campaign building
Demonstrates effective teamwork through effective communications and colleague support
Monitor and report on the success of campaigns, and make recommendations for how to improve future campaigns based on this data
Upholds system standards and expectations provided by the client
Continuously evaluates and suggests process improvements to expedite production
Assists with special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Understanding of the B2B marketing ecosystem (players, technology, trends)
Minimum 1+ years’ experience with email marketing and/or marketing automation technology (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot)
Experience with outbound Sales tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Groove)
Coachable. A positive attitude – you’re a team player, listen and apply instructions, and you’re resilient in the face of challenges
Self-starter with a penchant for experimentation. You’re always looking for ways to do your job better and you never wait to be told what to do. When you see an opportunity, you jump on it.
Articulate with strong business acumen.
Fearless attitude – willing to take intelligent risks.
Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment.
Experience using Salesforce.com (preferred)
Excellent communication skills. You’re a clear, concise, and compelling storyteller across written and verbal.
1+ years of prior sales experience (within a Software/High Tech company highly preferred).
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
