ABOUT OUR ROLE:

The Customer Data Delivery Manager serves as a customer-facing data architect-lite, owning the delivery and execution of data taxonomy, enrichment logic, and propensity models. This person combines data structure fluency with strong communication and execution capabilities, acting as the translator between customer objectives and internal delivery workflows.

 

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the customer delivery of data taxonomy, enrichment plans, and scoring models
• Translate strategic segmentation and prioritization logic into repeatable, scalable workflows
• Execute defined logic, support internal QA, and streamline delivery workflows
• Collaborate with internal managers to ensure accurate execution across the Data Service Team
• Assist xDR Program Managers in scaling internal delivery and automation processes
• Own the QA process and delivery of enriched datasets and model outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement of automation processes, data mapping, and documentation
• Act as the point of contact for customers on technical data delivery

 

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–6 years in data operations, CRM/data solutions, or customer analytics roles
• Strong understanding of data enrichment, structured taxonomies, and propensity models
• Familiar with data architecture principles (schemas, mapping, automation logic)
• Excellent client communication, project ownership, and technical documentation skills
• Tools: Google Sheets, CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce), data automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make.com), SQL or Python a bonus
