What You'll Do
Make Guests Smile
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and upbeat energy.
- Share clear instructions so everyone knows exactly how to ride safely and confidently.
- Assist families, groups, and kids with loading, unloading, and all-around good vibes.
- Keep lines flowing and spirits high—even on the hottest days.
Own the Ride Experience
- Operate attractions safely while keeping constant attention on guest behavior.
- Perform daily ride checks and report anything that seems off, your observations keep everyone safe!
- Enforce height and safety requirements with confidence and kindness.
- Monitor ride timing and dispatch to ensure a smooth, fun experience from start to finish.
Be a Team Player
- Communicate with fellow Attendants to keep operations splash-ready.
- Support nearby attractions or activities when needed.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay sharp, informed, and confident.
Keep It Clean & Safe
- Tidy ride and queue areas to maintain a polished, welcoming environment.
- Help with tubes to keep the action moving.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues quickly.
What you'll Bring
- A friendly personality and a passion for guest service.
- Comfort working outdoors in heat, humidity, and lots of laughter.
- Ability to stand for long periods and move up and down stairs regularly.
- Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Previous hospitality, attractions, or recreation experience is awesome—but not required.
