Position Summary:

Position Responsibilities:
Front of House Leadership:
- Train, support, and supervise the FOH F&B team.
- Ensure that team members adhere to company service standards and operational procedures.
- Lead F&B department meetings to communicate daily goals, menu updates, and special events.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Support leadership with training initiatives and performance evaluations.
Operations:
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Manage table assignments, staff rotations, and assist with scheduling to maintain efficiency.
- Collaborate with the BOH team, ensuring timely and accurate order delivery and service.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain inventory for the bar, FOH supplies, and "MRKT" (guest amenity market).
- Conduct regular stock counts, and if requested, submit purchase requests in order to maintain proper inventory levels.
- Oversee MRKT displays, ensuring products are properly stocked and merchandised.
Financial & Administrative:
- Collect end-of-day server and bar reports.
- Track and report inventory - to include waste and trends.
Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met every day on all shifts.
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service statutes and internal operational policies.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full service restaurant; with at least one year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, safety regulations, and inventory control.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable working in varied weather conditions including sun, humidity, and occasional rain.
- Ability to remain calm and positive and energetic in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
