POSITION SUMMARY: At the Villatel Orlando Resort, our guests come for the luxury, and that includes poolside fun in the sun! We’re on the hunt for vigilant, friendly, and energetic lifeguards who can keep our guests safe while making every splash memorable.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ~ What You’ll Do:

• Keeping a watchful eye on our pools, waterslides, and aquatic areas—safety first, always!
• Enforcing rules with kindness and confidence.
• Responding quickly and confidently to any emergencies (hero cape optional), performing water rescues and providing first aid and/or CPR if needed.
• Greeting guests with a smile, answering questions, and providing a warm, welcoming vibe.
• Assisting with poolside activities, games, and fun events for kids and adults alike.
• Maintaining a clean and inviting pool area—tidy towels, sparkling water, happy guests!

 

QUALIFICATIONS ~ What We’re Looking For:

• Lifeguard certification (Starguard, Red Cross, or equivalent).
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to get certified ASAP).
• Strong swimmer and confident leader, whether you’re on the stand or stepping in to help.
• Positive attitude, a team player, and someone who takes safety seriously.

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Passionate about guest safety and creating fun, memorable experiences.
