POSITION SUMMARY:

At the Villatel Orlando Resort, guests come for the stay and return for the hospitality. We are looking for exceptionally focused and fun F&B servers for our outdoor venues. Our luxury resort blends sunshine, style, and five-star service into one unforgettable experience. If you love being outdoors, thrive in the presence of happy guests, and can deliver impeccable service with a smile (and maybe a little sunscreen), we want to meet you! 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ~ What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests like old friends and make every interaction personal.

• Take and deliver orders with precision, grace, and maybe a little flair.
• Keep drinks full, smiles wide, and tables spotless.
• Ensure the pool deck and tables are bussed and clean for the next pool-ready guest.
• Know your menu inside and out (because you’ll definitely get asked what your favorite dish is).
• Team up with the kitchen and bar crew to keep service smooth and spirits high. Keep your cool (literally) while working outdoors in the Florida sunshine.

 

QUALIFICATIONS ~ What You'll Bring to the table

• Prior serving experience, ideally in a luxury or high-volume resort setting.
• A genuine love for hospitality and connecting with people.
• Great communication skills and a knack for reading the vibe.
• The ability to multitask like a pro—even when it’s 85° and busy.
• A professional, polished look (we’ll provide the sunscreen).
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
