Atlona is currently looking for RMA Admin/Coordinator to assist it customers with RMA questions, process, shipment, procedure and new dealers training.

The RMA Coordinator is responsible for handling customer RMA challenges both internally and externally. Challenges can be anything from: defective parts, exchanges, late or lost deliveries, invoicing errors, repairs, missing items, parts damaged during transit, address changes, credits, problems with customs etc. Works under general supervision.

 

Skill/Job Requirements include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Track all elements of the RMA process: Shipment, ETA, Tracking information, Proof of delivery and communicate information to appropriate parties
  • Manages the RMA and warranty process via ticketing system
  • Resolve return discrepancies by working with RMA Team, Customer Service, Procurement, Operations, Finance and Sales
  • Ability to work across all departments, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Service, and Sales to implement product improvements
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Department Operating Procedures (DOPs) and work instructions
  • Perform other projects or duties that may be assigned
  • Manage discrepant returns to enable RMA processing
  • Identify opportunities and obstacles and take appropriate necessary action to address
  • Demonstrate the composure required to perform effectively under stressful situations
  • Embrace change, be effective in the face of ambiguity and modify behavior when appropriate to achieve organizational objectives
  • Understanding of ERP Business Information Systems (e.g. NetSuite, Zendesk)
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite

 

Experience:

Minimum 1 years in a similar position. 

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent or equivalent work experience
