InCharge Energy is seeking a Portfolio Product Coordinator to work with the Product Team supporting the organization by maintaining product catalog and pricing across various systems. As part of the Product Team, you will be working with various departments such as Finance, Operations, Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and outside partners to research, analyze and develop product information from part numbers to pricing and everything in between. It's a vital position that gives direction to the entire organization on how to use our product catalogue to quote, order and bill our customers. What You’ll Do

  • Work with the Product and Finance teams to obtain input and add, revise, remove products from product catalogue
  • Support Customer Success Team by creating product bundles to ensure positive sales and customer experience
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Production teams to build bill of materials to ensure Warehouse team is consuming accurate raw materials to produce finished goods
  • Maintain special pricing catalogues for vendor and customer programs to ensure Sales team has accurate information to build complex proposals
  • Manage full cost calculation models by working with Product and Finance teams to ensure most up to date costs database
  • Analyze pricing data from sales trends and determine the cause for changes
  • Research competitor offerings, suggest product and pricing changes to decision makers
  • On a monthly basis, generate and release Product and Price Books for various departments within the organization: Sales, Services and Finance
  • Ensure QuickBooks product catalog is up to date, so Supply Chain team is able to purchase orders and Finance team is able to bill the customers
  • Maintain Salesforce product catalog to ensure Sales team is using accurate information when building proposals • Create and maintain pricing analytics dashboards in Salesforce
  • Various other duties as needed

Your Experience and Capabilities

  • 1-3+ years of experience in developing and maintaining databases in Quickbooks, Salesforce or similar
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize based on deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, good follow-through, able to multitask, and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid written and verbal skills, with the ability to present to internal stakeholders 
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Two to three years of Salesforce experience (CPQ Quoting Tool a plus)
  • Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Passionate about electric transportation and clean energy.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
