InCharge Energy is seeking a fast paced, detail-oriented Paralegal who is eager to collaborate with a diverse team. One who prides themselves in providing top-notch customer service. Responsibilities:
- Prepare legal correspondence at direction of project attorney.
- Coordinate follow-up, execution, and distribution of approved documents. Enter basic deal terms into concerts database and facilitate agreement status updates.
- Create, organize, manage and maintain library of form agreements, negotiated language and legal memos.
- Research and analyze legal rights and obligations.
- Create compliance schedules for operations and finance teams based on contract reviews.
- Support a compliance function for subcontractors with terms agreed to with InCharge.
- Respond to legal inquiries; raise and escalate legal issues as necessary. Must have superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize high-volume work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, research, analytical and organizational skills. Must be detail oriented, with accurate input and proofing skills.
- Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment while effectively meeting deadlines.
- Self-starter with ability to multi-task, excellent work ethic, judgment and commitment to managing assignments with professionalism and integrity.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Current CA Paralegal certificate
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Requires critical thinking skills, superior communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- Non-attorney candidates preferred
