InCharge Energy is seeking a fast paced, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales department. Sales Coordinators support revenue goals by acting as cross-departmental liaisonsensuring proper sales practices are being followed and providing valuable feedback to the team. Reporting to the Sales Support Manager your duties include but are not limited to proper data fulfillment, managing dashboards for program specific needs, and moving with a sense of urgency. This is a great fit for someone who thinks like a salesperson but wants to move “behind the scenes”. This position requires a cooperative personality type who can embrace change while still focusing on accuracy and quality in this rapidly evolving environment.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·       Performing data entry duties regarding metrics, sales figures and other key data

·       Expediting requests and altering sales orders and shipping information as required

·       Creating and processing Quotes with a sense of urgency

·       Managing SFDC reports and dashboards for specific needs

·       Act as liaison between Sales members and Subcontractors to align site visit requirements and schedule initial site visit

·       Work cross departmentally to support sales cycle, including post-sale to

·       Providing assistance to team members and executives as needed

·       Be comfortable communicating via phone and email, organizing meetings between internal and 3rd party team members.

 Qualifications:

·       1–2-year Salesforce experience (data entry, running reports)

·       Adaptable to the changing dynamics of start-up business

·       Excellent organizational skills

·       Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Adaptable to the changing dynamics of start-up business strategy

·       Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

·       Must be able to take initiative and follow directions

·       Proficient computer skills with the ability to adapt and learn new Software and technologies
