The Service Coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support to the Service Department. The main role of this position is to schedule, dispatch, coordinate, and prep service jobs for invoicing. As a Service Coordinator you will often be the initial contact, so having good people skills is a must. You will also need to build strong relationships with our partners and service providers to ensure clients receive the best care possible.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless service execution
- Be the main point of contact between our technical support team, manufactures and the customer
- Ensure that all maintenance, repair, commissioning, and other services are delivered on-time, within the scope
- Participate in trouble-shooting system errors to dispatch appropriate personnel
- Create service tickets and work orders to maintain service schedules through internal software(s)
- Issue purchase orders to vendors and approve invoices for accounting
- Invoice completed work on a weekly basis
- Maintain external ticketing systems when working with manufacture warranty issues
- Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs
- Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep customer base
- Assist in maintaining and expanding internal directories of partners and resources
- Mentor and assist with onboarding new staff in the service team
- Attend meetings and training as required to maintain proficiency
- Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries in a timely manner
- Promote company products and services
- Report and escalate problems to management as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Experience in the EV Charging industry is a plus
- Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
