Job Description: 

InCharge Energy, a high-growth based in Santa Monica, California is looking for a motivated and talented Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team in our Richmond Virginia offices. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting strategies to interview and identify the strongest candidate for our fast-growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with prospective candidates, while managing the full cycle recruiting process, including direct responsibility for candidate sourcing, screening, assessment, interviewing, and managing the offer and hiring processes for both salaried non-exempt and exempt salaried professionals, up to the Director level.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-volume workload and multiple high level, time sensitive projects
  • Support planning and coordination of new hire on-boarding
  • Build talent pipelines to fill current and future roles through leveraging networking groups and other applicable channels in close collaboration with the employer branding team; Manage targeted recruitment campaigns (mix of online and offline activities)
  • Drive the full cycle recruitment process using a metrics-based approach performing internal and external searches to meet hiring requirements
  • Accountable for creating compelling job ad postings, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and managing offer negotiations in accordance with local practice and legislation
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • A minimum of 4- 6 years of full-life cycle recruitment experience
  • A mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and proactive approach.
  • Team player with the ability to work in a complex organization.
