Job Description:

InCharge Energy is seeking a Sales Operations Intern to join our fast-growing team for the summer. You will have the opportunity to learn a broad range of skills in a fast-paced, exciting environment from a team of seasoned professionals with decades of experience in the EV space. Our Team at InCharge has helped to define the industry at every turn. This internship will be in-person at InCharge’s Richmond, VA office.

This is a paid part time opportunity. Mentorship, college credit, and letters of recommendation available upon request.

Responsibilities:

Utilizing Salesforce and other tools to ensure sales opportunity clarity 

Covering sales accounts and meeting client need 

Considering, proposing, and implementing new business solutions 

Generating progress reports to give to clients and senior executives 

Identifying opportunities, new markets, and potential new clients 

Developing new sales leads and communicating with the sales team about leads 

Imaging creative solutions to sales problems and proposing such solutions 

Other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

· College Junior, Senior or recent graduate

· Prior sales experience preferred but not necessary

· Great communicator, quick learner, positive attitude

· Desire for personal growth and achievement

· Wants to be part of a fun, competitive environment

· An interest in sustainability and environmentalism

Pay: $16.00 per hour
