The Project Coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support to the Program or Project Manager. The main role of this position is to schedule, and coordinate site consults, installations, and project related invoicing. As a Project Coordinator you will often be the main point of contact, so having good people and customer service skills are a must. You will also need to effectively multi-task and build strong relationships with our partners and service providers to ensure clients receive the best care possible.

Responsibilities:

·       Work closely with Account, Program and Project Managers through entire project life, from initial site consult to closure

·       Be the main point of contact between our partners, manufacturers and customers

·       Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, may be national or regional based depending on current programs

·       Ensure Salesforce and portal sites remain updated and current 

·       Issue purchase orders to vendors and approve invoices for accounting   

·       Invoice completed work on a weekly basis 

·       Perform basic troubleshooting on InControl when issues are reported on stations

·       Work with service team and manufacture for post installation repairs

·       Maintain external ticketing systems when working with manufacture warranty issues

·       Maintain good relationships with partners and clients to keep customer base

·       Assist in maintaining and expanding internal directories of  partners and resources

·       Mentor and assist with onboarding new staff in the service team

·       Attend meetings and training as required to maintain proficiency

·       Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries in a timely manner

·       Promote company products and services

·       Report and escalate problems to management as needed

·       Perform other

Qualifications:

·       Strong customer service ethic

·       Experience with software solutions to manage service deployment and efficiency, such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and dispatching software’s

·       Experience in the EV Charging industry is a plus

·       Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
